Mizu holds Formare youth graduation
The Formare Mizu unit, located in the municipality of Baraúna, Rio Grande do Norte, promoted the graduation of the sixth class of the Industrial Production Assistant course, on April 6th.
The ceremony was held at the City Hall of Baraúna/RN and was attended by young people, in addition to their friends and family. Volunteer educators and the program’s coordination were also present at the event.
The graduation also had the participation of José Antero dos Santos (director of Mizu and speaker of the class), André Soares Sutero (leader of the Baraúna unit) and Divanize Oliveira (mayor of Baraúna). Adriana Ferrazoli (expansion and partnerships coordinator at Fundação Iochpe) sent a video message congratulating the graduates.
“A feeling of gratitude and overcoming for this sixth group that showed us that, even with so many challenges, we managed to transform the lives of young people who gave themselves and trusted the program”, says Karene Ehle, coordinator of Formare Mizu.
For student Vitória Tayane, the program exceeded her expectations. “Formare was a course that brought great professional and personal learning. It was here that I managed to find myself and understand what I really want for my future, so much so that today I know I would like to take a law course and, consequently, work in this area”, he concludes.
