On December 8, 2023, in Baraúna/RN, the graduation of the seventh class of the Formare Project was celebrated
In December, we had the joy of holding the graduation ceremony for the seventh class at the Formare Mizu Unit, a professional education course aimed at training young people for the job market.
The Formare Mizu unit, in partnership with the Iochpe Foundation, offered, this year, the professional training course for Industrial Production Assistant – API to 24 young people from the city of Baraúna/RN.
Mizu Cimentos believes that it is possible to build a better future through education and in the last ten years more than 160 young people have graduated, more than a thousand hours of learning per year, 34% of young people working in the Organization and 65% inserted in the work.
